Kathy is an award-winning Realtor® serving the DC Metro area with Coldwell Banker Realty in Old Town Alexandria for over 11 years. She prides herself on her personal service and attention to every detail, which has led her to a large base of referral and repeat clients. Her clients trust her to guide them through every step of the real estate process. 

Kathy is dedicated to supporting the efforts to elevate awareness of issues that impact the way the real estate industry operates as well as advocating for homeowners and homeownership. She proudly serves in various capacities on both the local Northern Virginia Association of Realtors® (NVAR) as well as the state level association, the Virginia Realtors®. She has served as the chair of a number of committees at NVAR like the Public Policy Committee that tracks legislative activities at all levels of government and recommends policy positions to the NVAR Board of Directors as well as chair of the Realtor® Political Action Committee (RPAC) at NVAR and state association (the Virginia Realtors®). 

Kathy grew up in Fairfax County, and after a period living overseas and in Florida, she moved back to the DC area to pursue a career in public policy. She holds an undergraduate degree in Biology, Chemistry & Communication Studies from Florida State University as well as a Masters Degree from the Schar School of Public Policy from George Mason University. She consulted and lobbied on behalf of her clients on the Federal level for over 14 years in Washington, DC on issues ranging from education, defense and health-care. 

Kathy is passionate about giving back to the local community and is actively involved in several charities and organizations throughout Fairfax County, including The Campagna Center in Alexandria, Ronald McDonald House, Shriners Hospital, The Boys and Girls Club, Medical Care For Children Partnership Foundation, George Washington's Mount Vernon and others. She has spent most of her life in Fairfax County and has lived in Mount Vernon for over 17 years. Kathy is a devoted wife to her husband Jason and proud mother to her 14- year old son Lucas.
